Here’s what to expect from the design process

1. Project Kick-off

Every project begins with understanding — your lifestyle, goals, and the story you want your space to tell. In this initial phase, we align on the vision, scope, timeline, and expectations. It’s where inspiration meets intention and the foundation of a successful design journey is set.

2. Moodboard & First Iterations

We translate ideas into visuals — crafting moodboards, color palettes, material options, and layout concepts that capture the essence of your space. These initial directions are a springboard for creativity, allowing you to visualize the potential and explore the possibilities.

3. Feedback & Subsequent Iterations

Design is a collaborative process. We welcome your feedback and refine the concepts accordingly, ensuring each detail aligns with your taste and lifestyle. Through open dialogue and thoughtful iteration, the design evolves into something truly personal and intentional.

4. Project Implementation

What is the cost of a consultation?

There is no cost for consultation, there will be free on-site visit and quotation based on clients’ needs and preferences. 3D/ VR will be charged but moodboard will be given for free after the site visit.

What role do clients play in the design process? (Do I get a 3D Visual when confirm? And what’s the cost?)

Clients will have to tell us what design they like and we will provide them some basic ideas along with moodboard, or if they are not sure, we can provide them our feedbacks and comments. Upon confirmation and payment of 10% deposit, there will be 3D prepared for our client and it will be deducted from the cost of total renovation amount when client proceeds with our renovation case.

How long does the design and renovation process typically take?

Depending on the project size, if it’s a small case, it can be completed in 3-4 weeks, if it involves more work and of a larger scale, can be completed in 7-8 weeks.

How are project budgets managed? (How do I get a quotation that matches my budget?)

Project budgets are managed based on clients’ preferences, client has to tell us his/her budget first and then we will prepare a customised, tailor-made quotation and proposal based on their ideal budget.
